RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS POLICY We accept returns for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be included as part of the return.

We do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping.

In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.

*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM? We are sorry that you received a faulty item. Please contact customer support at [email protected] and provide photo evidence of the fault. We will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

HOW TO RETURN To make a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return
  2. Our team will provide return instructions
  3. Pack your items securely and ship to the provided address
  4. Include your order number with the return package

Returns may take a few days to reach us. During peak seasons, please allow up to 28 days for your package to be processed.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, WITHOUT MAKE-UP MARKS AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. WHERE PROVIDED, BELTS AND ANY PACKAGING SUCH AS DUST BAGS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED.

REFUNDS

  • Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed
  • Refunds will be issued at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges
  • Refund will be processed to the original method of payment
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

FINAL SALE PRODUCTS All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. These are clearly marked on the product page under the price.

ORDER CANCELLATION We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received. Please contact our customer service team via email – [email protected]
